Course Booking Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Project Results aims to provide you with the very best training experience and to be really easy to deal with. So our terms and conditions, for booking courses and buying manuals, are intended to reflect that.

Confirmation of registration

Receipt of pre-course materials or online logon or manual order confirms your agreement for this service. If this has occurred in error please contact us and we will arrange for the return. You have a 10 business day right of return if everything is returned in the original condition.

Payment

Payment is required upon registration. Late payment of invoices will incur collection charges. We will, however, advise you before we do this to give you a chance to avoid them.

We do accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal but charge an additional 3.5% for this.

Course withdrawal

For classroom courses, we realise that circumstances can change and unexpected things can happen. Therefore a full refund, less the cost of any pre-course materials sent, will be given if cancellation is notified 10 business days before course commencement. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations notified 1 business day before course commencement.  

No refunds are given for withdrawal from online courses and manual purchase after the 10 day right of return has expired.

If you want to reschedule

There is no charge if you request a course reschedule 10 business days before course commencement. A maximum 50%, of the full course price, may be charged for reschedules up to 1 business day before course commencement. For reschedules with less than 1 business day’s notice, we may charge you up to the full course price, to reschedule. We will consider substitute candidates at no charge. Note that refund conditions are effective from the course date of the initial booking.

You cannot reschedule an online course and access is given for 12 months. We consider extensions but these need to be based upon a study plan. Exams must be completed within this timeframe. For AXELOS products we register you for the exam once you are ready to sit it. From this point (for commercial reasons with our exam provider) there is a strict 12-month timeframe.

If your course is canceled

We try not to do this but if this does occur you will be offered a full and immediate refund. We will also give you the option of transferring to another course. If we do this and you choose to transfer to another course you can still receive a full refund up until 10 business days from the new course date. Rescheduling conditions are also effective from the new course date.

We do not cancel online courses.

No penalty upgrade

If you decide to upgrade from online to a classroom or to a higher level of qualification (i.e. from online to classroom or from Foundation to Foundation and Practitioner) we will charge you the difference between what you paid and list price for the upgraded product.
