Online Study + 2 Days in the Classroom- Want the “best of both worlds” to study independently and also learn from the experts and work with peers? Then blended is the option for you. You study Foundation online and join our classroom course for Practitioner.

Once you register for any course you are sent the “Effective Change Managers Handbook”, the “Inspiring Projects Change Management Desk Reference” and the full online course. Precourse work will get you really ready for time in the classroom and is one of the key reasons for our high success rates.
In Practitioner, we have a strong focus on applying Change Management in real life. Our focus on scenario based exercises includes the complexity and nuances inherited in real life change (so no rote answers). This is done in small groups and as a whole class.
